Paperwork The forms below are used to participate in both group build days and individual build days. A signed waiver must be submitted before a volunteer may participate in any project, construction or otherwise. Additionally, there is a self-review safety orientation that requires a signature before an individual can perform construction duties. Finally, a volunteer application should be completed but is not immediately required to work at a job site or participate in any HFHWC activity.
